Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026.
1. Using BrickCapital
BrickCapital is a marketplace and community for buying, selling, and discussing LEGO sets, minifigures, and parts. By creating an account you agree to use the platform honestly: list items you actually own, describe their condition accurately, and complete transactions you commit to.
2. Buying and selling
Sellers set their own prices and are responsible for accurately describing condition, completeness, and any missing pieces. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing photos and descriptions before purchasing. All payments are escrow-protected: funds are held by BrickCapital until the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, or automatically 72 hours after delivery is verified — whichever comes first. An open dispute holds the funds until it is resolved.
3. Fees
BrickCapital charges a seller fee on completed sales, shown before you publish a listing and again at checkout. Fees fund payment processing, buyer protection, and platform operations.
4. Prohibited conduct
Counterfeit or bootleg sets, stolen items, and knowingly false condition claims are not allowed. Harassment, spam, and manipulating Market Intelligence data or reviews are grounds for suspension.
5. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or repeatedly fail to fulfill orders. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
6. Disputes
If an item doesn't match its description, buyers can open a dispute before confirming receipt. BrickCapital reviews evidence from both parties before releasing escrowed funds.
7. Changes to these terms
We'll notify users of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of BrickCapital after a change means you accept the updated terms.
