The BrickCapital community — builds, discussions, reviews, and messages — works best when everyone is respectful, honest, and helpful. These guidelines keep it that way.

Be respectful

Treat other members with courtesy. No harassment, hate speech, threats, personal attacks, or discrimination of any kind. Disagree with ideas, not people.

Keep it authentic

Share your own builds and photos, give honest reviews based on real experiences, and don't impersonate others or post on behalf of a brand without disclosure.

Post appropriate content

Keep posts relevant to LEGO collecting and the community. No spam, scams, off-topic advertising, adult content, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Protect privacy

Don't share other people's personal information (addresses, contact details, order info) without consent. Keep transaction details in the order and messaging system.

Reviews & ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine transactions. Don't post fake reviews, trade reviews, or use reviews to threaten or coerce. Sellers may respond to reviews professionally.

Moderation

Our moderators may remove content or restrict accounts that break these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension. If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, contact Support.

Reporting

Use the report option on posts, comments, or profiles to flag anything that breaks these guidelines. These guidelines complement our Acceptable Use Policy.
