Seller Agreement

Eligibility

To list items for sale, you complete Stripe's secure onboarding — which verifies your identity and connects your payout account — and set a shipping profile. Payouts are enabled once Stripe verification is complete. The "Top Rated" badge shown on listings is separate: it's earned by maintaining a 4.8★ or higher seller rating, not by identity verification.

Listing standards

Photos must show the actual item being sold. Condition, piece count, and completeness must be described accurately, including any missing pieces, replacement parts, or box damage.

Fees and payouts

BrickCapital deducts its fees from each completed sale before payout. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 72 hours after delivery is verified — whichever comes first. Released funds become available in your BrickCapital balance, which you then withdraw to your linked payout account (typically 1–3 business days to arrive).

Shipping

Sellers are responsible for shipping items within the handling time stated on their listing and providing tracking information. Repeated late shipments may affect your seller rating and response-time badge.

Returns and disputes

If a buyer opens a dispute claiming an item doesn't match its description, BrickCapital will review photos, messages, and listing details from both sides before deciding whether to release or refund escrowed funds.

Prohibited items

Counterfeit or bootleg ("KLEGO"/clone brand) sets, stolen goods, and recalled products may not be listed under any circumstances.
