Acceptable Use Policy

BrickCapital is a community marketplace for LEGO collectors. To keep it safe, fair, and trustworthy, everyone agrees to these rules when using the platform.

Prohibited items

Don't list counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions, stolen goods, recalled products, hazardous materials, or anything you don't have the legal right to sell. Listings must be for genuine LEGO or clearly-described compatible items as permitted by our guidelines.

Honest listings

Describe items accurately, disclose flaws and missing pieces, use real photos of the actual item, and price in good faith. Misrepresenting condition, completeness, or authenticity is not allowed.

Prohibited conduct

Don't use BrickCapital to defraud others, harass or abuse members, spam, manipulate reviews or prices, evade fees, or complete transactions off-platform to avoid Buyer Protection. Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Security & integrity

Don't probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, upload malware, or reverse-engineer the service. Automated access is only permitted where we explicitly allow it.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise.

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal, warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities.
