What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, location), listings and messages you create, and usage data like pages viewed and searches made, so we can operate the marketplace and improve recommendations.

How we use it

To process transactions, verify sellers, personalize Market Intelligence and collection recommendations, send the notifications you've opted into, and detect fraud or policy violations.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to advertisers, and we don't share your messages or purchase history with other users beyond what's needed to complete a transaction (e.g. a shipping address).

Payment data

Card and payout details are handled by our payment processor directly — BrickCapital never stores full card numbers or bank account credentials on its own servers.

Your choices

You can update or delete your profile information, control notification preferences from Settings, and request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like saved searches and recently viewed sets.
